INTERACTIVE QMaaS CONCEPT DEMO
See the quality system. Follow the evidence.
Explore a branded sample dashboard for production status, defects, suppliers and Risks, Issues, Opportunities. Follow the linked quality workspace and try the machine-hour cost scenario. The organisation and records are fictional; detailed SOP methods and decision rules are masked.
Connect product requirements, design decisions, configuration and change with incoming inspection, industrialisation, operations, release and field feedback. Give each lifecycle decision an owner and a connected evidence trail.
The intended baseline keeps product information on the buyer’s premises under the buyer’s physical, security and access controls. Suriyavaan administers the agreed application and infrastructure only through named, vetted personnel authorised under the buyer’s access rules. The buyer retains security governance; Suriyavaan is responsible for the administration and maintenance tasks agreed in the service contract.
03
Workforce management, owned by the workforce.
A flat people-management architecture by default, built around the autonomy today's engineering talent expects. People own their performance and growth goals, alongside agreed team commitments and accountability for meeting them. Respect personal agency, make progress visible and use management support to enable the people doing the work.
04
GDPR and DPDP privacy controls, built in.
Personal-data safeguards form part of the baseline product and deployment scope. Privacy-by-default design supports minimisation, appropriate access, retention and personal-data request handling. Applicable GDPR and Indian DPDP duties, configuration and organisational responsibilities are reviewed before go-live; implementation and acceptance evidence must support the claims.
05
Industry x.0. A connected view from people to infrastructure.
Connect machines and infrastructure directly to SuriyaONE for an integrated operational view alongside people, work and product records. Agree the machine interfaces and data scope for each deployment, keeping acquisition and oversight inside the approved environment.
From receipt to field failure. Back into better design.
SuriyaONE is an integrated Operations Management System deployed as a service. It connects engineering, quality, suppliers, operations, resources, delivery and management review around the work, its owners and its evidence.

FOUNDER-BUILT · FAILURE-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
Built from frontline experience.
Hand-built by Simon Kuntam, Founder & Principal Advisor, from more than 25 years across industrial automation, aerospace and defence.
As Boeing India’s AS9100D and AS9120B Management Representative, Simon led certification efforts during Boeing India’s organisational expansion. This is prior professional experience, not a Suriyavaan client engagement or Boeing endorsement.
SuriyaONE extends Suriyavaan’s aerospace and defence certification advisory into the buyer’s daily work. That experience shapes how the system is built and challenged: through demanding failure scenarios, broken handovers, incomplete evidence and the conditions people face in actual operations.
01 / CONNECT
Work, ownership and evidence
Build the relationships between decisions and records so that teams can follow what happened and why.
02 / EXPOSE
Make non-compliance visible
Surface exceptions to the authorised stakeholders at each level and role, with a clear route for action.
03 / LEARN
Close the failure loop
Support causal analysis and effectiveness reviews that feed improvements back into design and operations.
SI · SUPER INTELLIGENCE
Local intelligence. Operational context.
SI — Super Intelligence — is our name for the on-premises LLM-assisted operational oversight layer.
It is designed to help authorised users examine linked evidence, spot gaps, investigate failures and keep corrective actions moving as operations unfold.
Decisions remain with accountable people. Engineering owners examine the evidence and validate the analysis before acting.
Bring the question to the evidence.
What changed before the failure?
Which records and decisions are connected?
Where is evidence missing or inconsistent?
Who owns the next action?
Has that action changed the outcome?
SI is the product’s terminology for this oversight layer. Capabilities and performance are established through deployment-specific acceptance tests.
DEPLOYMENT ARCHITECTURE
Built to operate inside your boundary.
BUYER-CONTROLLED ON-PREMISES BOUNDARY
Follow the operational record.
Choose a component to examine the intended information flow. This conceptual architecture illustrates the deployment design; it does not display live telemetry.
Requirements & design: connect the approved requirement, configuration and change to an accountable owner and the affected work.
All four components sit inside the intended approved boundary. The buyer controls access; named, vetted Suriyavaan personnel carry out contracted on-site administration. Interfaces, update media and acceptance evidence are agreed before deployment.
BASELINE DEPLOYMENT
On-premises. Air-gapped by design.
SuriyaONE is designed from the ground up for isolated environments, with the application, operational records and LLM inference within the approved on-premises boundary.
The buyer hosts the system and controls physical access, administrative permissions and security policy. Suriyavaan’s named, vetted administrators perform agreed application and infrastructure maintenance on site under the buyer’s access rules; no internet remote-administration path is assumed. The buyer retains security governance, while Suriyavaan is responsible for its contracted administration and maintenance tasks. Staffing, approved update media, network isolation, permitted data flows and acceptance tests must be agreed before deployment.
SEPARATELY APPROVED SCOPE
A deliberately reduced cloud build.
A public-internet cloud deployment is considered only where applicable obligations permit it and the buyer explicitly signs off the scope.
Designated functions are removed from that deployment’s codebase before release. The buyer reviews what is included and what has been removed.
This reduces exposure of proprietary capabilities to extraction and AI-assisted reverse engineering. It is a risk-control decision, not a claim that reverse engineering is impossible.
Buyer approval cannot waive information-classification, licensing, security-manual or contractual restrictions. Security assurance applies to the complete deployed environment and its operation.
WHO WE BUILD FOR
Aerospace and defence teams. Accountable ownership.
SuriyaONE is scoped for each aerospace or defence supplier’s requirements, workforce and operational boundary. Product and operational decisions stay connected to the people doing the work. Other sectors are assessed against their own obligations and fit.
We welcome larger deployment opportunities when the technical scope and leadership fit are right.
ENGINEERING-LED EVALUATION
Engineered for CTOs, founders and engineering leaders.
Before the diagnostic, identify the buying decision owner and confirm that Technology and Engineering will lead the technical evaluation and buying decision.
Include finance and procurement for commercial planning, with technical authority accountable for physical constraints, lifecycle risk and operational acceptance.
EVALUATE BEFORE A WIDER COMMITMENT
Agree the evidence. Then examine the system.
Start with a scoped walkthrough using synthetic data and written acceptance checks. Agree what needs to be demonstrated before introducing production records or extending the deployment.
01 / DEFINE
Choose one operating thread.
Select a relevant product, people or machine-data workflow. Agree the roles, boundary and evidence the buyer needs to inspect.
02 / EXAMINE
Witness the controls.
Review the connected record, permissions, exceptions and accountable decisions against the agreed criteria. Record limitations and unfinished work explicitly.
03 / DECIDE
Scope a bounded deployment.
Agree acceptance, responsibilities, support and commercial terms before widening the engagement. Confirm any reference or case-study permission separately.
Operate for six months. Then begin service payments.
Initial SuriyaONE deployment is included at no additional charge with consulting engagements for any standard in our portfolio. SuriyaONE payments begin only after six months of operations.
DEPLOYMENT → MONTH 6
Included with the consulting engagement.
Deploy the agreed scope, work with your users and establish operating evidence. Consulting scope and fees are quoted separately.
AFTER SIX MONTHS OF OPERATIONS
Two parts. One agreed model.
Infrastructure: bare infrastructure costs plus our agreed markup.
Transactions: a fixed, agreed percentage of each defined transaction routed through the system.
Our intention is to align the service with a system that works for its users, improves the buyer’s operating and financial outcomes, and makes evidence easier to examine. Outcomes depend on the deployment and its use.
What is agreed before deployment?+
The operational start date, included deployment scope, infrastructure basis, markup, definition of a chargeable transaction, percentage and calculation base, billing interval, taxes, support and exit arrangements are set out in the written service agreement. No rate or transaction threshold is implied by this page.
MODULAR BY SCOPE · CONNECTED BY DESIGN
Build only the modules your scope needs.
SuriyaONE modules are designed and built for the buyer’s certification scope, workflows and security boundary. They are not pre-deployed products. Each can be commissioned independently, or connected into one operating system as the agreed scope requires.

Industry X.0
Intelligent manufacturing and agreed machine-data interfaces.
An AI-enabled layer is scoped across the selected workflows within the approved security boundary. The primary design is on-premises and air-gapped; a cloud variant is considered only for an approved, limited feature scope.
YOUR APPROVAL AND COMPLIANCE CONTEXT
One operating foundation. Scope-specific obligations.
The consulting engagement defines the applicable requirements. SuriyaONE supports the connected work and evidence within that scope.
A system deployment does not itself confer certification, regulatory approval or compliance. Assessment and approval decisions remain with their respective authorities.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Start with a technical discussion.
Is this a replacement for every application we use?+
We agree the operating scope and necessary interfaces first. SuriyaONE is designed around connected lifecycle management; replacement or integration decisions follow the assessed need.
Does “deployed as a service” mean our data goes to a public cloud?+
The service model describes delivery and payment. The intended baseline is hosted on the buyer’s premises under the buyer’s security control, with on-site administration by named, vetted Suriyavaan personnel under the buyer’s access rules. Responsibilities and staffing are agreed before deployment. Any permitted cloud variant has a separately approved, reduced codebase.
Will SI make engineering or compliance decisions for us?+
The local LLM oversight layer assists authorised people with evidence, exceptions and investigation. Accountable owners validate analysis and retain decisions.
What do the first six months include?+
Initial SuriyaONE deployment accompanies a consulting engagement for any standard in our portfolio, at no additional deployment charge. Service payments begin after six months of operations; the agreed scope and operational start date are recorded before deployment.
How are the transaction charges calculated?+
A fixed percentage is agreed for each defined chargeable transaction routed through the system. The rate, transaction definition, calculation base and billing interval belong in the written agreement.
How do we begin without disclosing sensitive information?+
Start with a non-sensitive description of your activities, team size and deployment constraints. Agree information-access and confidentiality arrangements before sharing controlled records.
SPECIAL PROCESSES · SUPPLIERS · SYSTEM INTEGRATORS
